Hi, I'm Laura — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 5 years of experience helping adults find clarity, heal, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is warm, empowering, and grounded in who you are.

How much does therapy cost?

Individual therapy sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those facing financial hardship — please ask.
Do you accept insurance?

I am currently a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill (a receipt with billing codes) that you can submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Which states do you serve?

How long will I need therapy?
